During the intake, we get to know each other and discuss your wishes and requirements. This can be based on a simple sketch or image of the profile to be produced, up to a complete specification list.
The initial proposal can range from a budget quote to a concrete proposal. Based on a final proposal and after your approval, our engineers will start working on the initial design of your profiling equipment.
Several construction discussions lead to the final design. For an optimal final result, we can simulate the roll forming process with the finite element method.
After approval of the final design, we commence production. Following a thorough inspection of the components, our assembly department ensures the precise assembly of your line.
Once your new line is ready, it is extensively tested (FAT), where we also carefully check the manufactured profiles. In this way, we leave nothing to chance.
If everything is functioning as expected, we offer on-site commissioning (SAT). The Dibalex Academy ensures that your operators are trained in efficient and safe use of your new profiling line.
Once the line is operational, Dibalex guarantees first-line support with service & parts for every component of the line.
