Input

Straightening
(Fine) belt straightening equipment ensures that the material has a consistent shape and that it enters the line accurately.
Connecting
A belt end welder, semi-automatic or fully automatic, ensures that the end of the coil is connected to the beginning of the next coil. This creates a continuous flow of material.
Punching
Both hydraulic and servo-mechanical punching units, tailored to your production process.
These processing machines operate fully autonomously and contain multiple dies for various types of openings.
Profiling
The heart of your profiling equipment: the profiling machine. Expertly configured shaping rollers give the desired shape to the metal.
With us, you'll find various options, ranging from fixed cassette shaping rolls, adjustable cassettes, to a combination of both. This allows you to produce different profiles with a single line.
For even more flexibility and speed, we offer automatically interchangeable shaping roll sets.
Welding
It is possible to integrate an inline welding station into your new line. Think of TIG and MIG/MAG welding, laser welding, or HF welding.
This allows you to produce closed profiles such as posts, tubes, and frames.
Cutting
We offer both stop & go and flying cutting for a continuous process, with the cutting unit ensuring that the profiles are cut swiftly and accurately while in motion.
Relocating
The profiles are relocated in a manner that best suits your production process, such as via a roller conveyor, gripping system, stack and nest system or robot.

Profile Lines for Warehouse Shelving
A universal profile line for warehouse shelving with a pre-punch of three times 50 tons. This machine offers high flexibility through the use of interchangeable cassettes.
Cable Tray Profiling Lines
U-shaped profiling line with a 10-ton reel, including a loading chair, for the production of cable trays. It also includes an eccentric press for creating holes and embossing.
Door Frame Profiling Lines
A 'Stop & Go' profiling line designed for the production of door frame profiles. In this line, punching is done after the shaping rolls, allowing for easy production per order.
